Everybody looks better when theyve had enough sleep - they do not call it beauty sleep for nothing. Eating a healthy, controlled diet with lots of fruit, veggies and fibres will also help you to feel and look your best. If you’ve got an issue with your hair like dandruff, try asking somebody you trust for a little bit of recommendation, or pop into your local chemist to ask if they can endorse any special shampoos.
